Full job description

he Branch Operations Executive at NFAD Society is responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operational activities of the branch and ensuring smooth functioning of office administration, customer service, documentation, and reporting. The employee must handle all branch documentation related to loans, deposits, collections, and customer records, ensure proper filing and maintenance of registers, and support the Branch Manager in branch coordination. The Branch Operations Executive is responsible for preparing daily reports, updating customer data, maintaining attendance and staff records, coordinating with Head Office for approvals and updates, and ensuring timely system entries for all transactions. The role also includes handling customer queries, assisting in verification of documents, ensuring compliance with society policies, supporting audit and inspection requirements, and maintaining branch discipline and confidentiality. The employee should ensure that all branch operational works are completed accurately, on time, and without any delay to support the overall growth and efficiency of the branch.

Pay: ₹9,874.81 - ₹36,736.30 per month
