Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Front Office Executive / Sales Coordination Executive to support our day-to-day operations, client coordination, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate courier dispatches and sample deliveries with the factory and clients.
Follow up on payments with customers and maintain payment records.
Contact new clients and schedule appointments for meetings and factory visits.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team regarding client requirements and updates.
Book porter services and arrange logistics for sample dispatches.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and client proposals.
Create promotional flyers and marketing materials for festivals and special occasions.
Manage reception activities, visitor handling, and office administration.
Maintain records of samples, courier dispatches, client visits, and correspondence.
Support management with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Ensure smooth communication between factory, marketing team, clients, and management.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in email drafting and client coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools for creating flyers is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
