As a Quality Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes, conduct quality audits, analyze performance metrics, and implement quality improvement strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate business processes, products, or services to ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform root cause analysis and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with operations, customer support, product, and management teams to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality management systems.
- Participate in internal audits, process improvement initiatives, and quality assurance projects.
- Conduct calibration sessions, quality reviews, and coaching sessions to improve team performance.
- Support employee training on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Analysis, Process Improvement, Quality Control, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, quality management systems, and process improvement techniques.
- Experience conducting quality audits, process evaluations, and performance assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Experience using quality monitoring tools, CRM systems, or ERP platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, or equivalent quality certification.
- Experience with quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, COPC, ITIL, or other industry standards.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience in BPO, IT, customer service, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, or shared services environments.
