Education Counseling – guiding learners with honest, career-focused advice.
Relationship Management – building long-term trust with students and partners.
Backend Operations – coordinating smoothly across teams and systems.
Operational Support – ensuring quality execution and process discipline.

Performance Expectations

Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Ensure timely follow-up of assigned leads.
Maintain high lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
Keep CRM records updated accurately.
Deliver an excellent learner experience throughout the admission process.
