Job Description: Front Office Executive

Job Title: Front Office Executive

Location: bhopal

Department: Administration / Front Office

Reports To: Admin Manager / HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception area, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area and maintain a professional office environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and employee support.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Support HR and administration teams with day-to-day activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role (freshers may also apply, if applicable).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

Customer service orientation.
Time management and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

As per company policy.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
