About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and analytics to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Create and execute lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversion setup.
Knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization.
Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Google Ads Certification.
Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred).
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid media platforms is an added advantage.
Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and CRM tools.
