Full job description

Applied Techno Products Pvt. Ltd. is a leading supplier of Testing, Measuring, Calibration, and Diagnostic Equipment for the Power, Railways, Industrial, and Process sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for Senior Purchase Engineer with preferred background in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical for Procurement SCM Role.

Key Responsibilities

Procure engineering equipment, machinery, tools, and project materials as per project requirements.
Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of vendor quotations.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
Coordinate import shipments, customs clearance, and logistics with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
Plan and monitor domestic logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and project sites.
Develop new vendors and maintain a competitive vendor database.
Maintain procurement records and support project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of procurement experience in EPC, Power, Railways, Industrial Projects, or Engineering Companies.
Experience in procurement of electrical/mechanical equipment, machinery, or industrial tools.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and technical evaluation skills.
Knowledge of import documentation, international sourcing, and logistics coordination will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
