Student Care Manager (SCM) – Job Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for students after admission.
Conduct student onboarding and orientation.
Maintain regular communication with students and address their concerns.
Monitor student attendance, progress, and overall engagement.
Coordinate with faculty and branch staff to resolve academic or operational issues.
Guide students regarding classes, training schedules, assessments, and OJT/placements.
Follow up with students who are absent or have low attendance.
Ensure students complete required documentation and formalities.
Maintain accurate student records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding fee follow-ups, if required.
Collect student feedback and work towards improving the student experience.
Ensure students comply with institutional policies and maintain discipline.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Branch Manager or Operations Head.
Support students until successful course completion and placement/OJT.
