Key Responsibilities

Prepare competitive freight quotations for import and export shipments (Air Freight, ocean freight—FCL/LCL—and multimodal shipments).
Source rates from shipping lines, airlines, transport vendors, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
Negotiate freight rates and service terms with carriers and logistics partners.
Coordinate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide customized pricing solutions.
Maintain and update carrier tariffs, rate sheets, and pricing databases.
Analyze freight costs, market trends, carrier capacity, and competitor pricing to recommend effective pricing strategies.
Ensure quotations are accurate, commercially viable, and submitted within agreed turnaround times.
Monitor quote conversions and support the Sales team in improving win ratios.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and overseas partners.
Support tender submissions and annual customer rate agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and applicable trade regulations.
Prepare pricing reports, profitability analysis, and management dashboards as required.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
