Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Tester (Fresher) to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, automation tools, and programming fundamentals. Fresh graduates with a passion for software quality and automation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts under the guidance of senior team members.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand application requirements.
Participate in test planning, test case creation, and execution.
Assist in API testing and database validation.
Ensure software quality by reporting bugs and verifying fixes.
Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, MCA, BCA, or a related field.
2025 or 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
Basic knowledge of Java or Python.
Familiarity with Selenium is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of SQL and API testing is preferred.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
