About the role

Your responsibilities

Facilitate the strategic planning and execution of the product and platform roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
Analyse diverse data sets to bolster project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Manage project documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
Craft reports, dashboards, and metrics that inform decision-making and offer insightful recommendations.
Champion communication and collaboration across teams, enhancing project transparency and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee risk, issue, and change management, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
Contribute to the refinement of delivery processes and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The experience we're looking for

Proven experience in facilitating IT product and platform delivery, particularly in an agile and global setting.
Aptitude for leveraging a variety of IT applications and tools such as P3M, CRM / ERP, and HR systems.
Familiarity with applying change and delivery frameworks, suited to local needs.
Skill in creating and interpreting detailed project reports, enabling a culture of informed decision-making.
A strong track record of project coordination, enhancing team performance and productivity.
Competence in identifying and managing project risks, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Dedication to improving user experience and digital strategy through effective product and platform adoption.
