Full job description

We're Hiring | Sales Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years (Sales/Customer Coordination)
Are you a proactive and customer-focused professional with strong coordination and sales skills?
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
Prepare MIS reports, billing, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Attend events, exhibitions, and range visits to generate leads.
Register new coaches and collect event leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
Negotiate deals, resolve customer concerns, and ensure excellent service.
Maintain stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular business updates.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and billing.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and customer handling abilities.
Willingness to travel for events and client visits when required.
