We are looking for a Head of People & Operations who will help build these foundations.
This role extends far beyond traditional Human Resources. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to design the systems that enable the organization to scale—how we hire, develop people, operate, make decisions, and continuously improve.
You will influence how the company grows over the next decade.

What You'll Do
Build the Organization
Design and continuously improve the organizational systems that enable sustainable growth.
This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, organizational design, career progression, employee experience, and operational governance.
Build Great Teams
Lead hiring across technical, business, and leadership functions.
Develop recruitment processes that identify capability, potential, and long-term cultural alignment rather than simply filling positions.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational capability.
Build Operational Excellence
Lead office administration and business operations.
Develop scalable operational frameworks, policies, standard operating procedures, and governance models that improve efficiency, accountability, and execution.
Oversee facilities, procurement, vendor management, workplace operations, and organizational administration.
Improve Continuously
Identify inefficiencies before they become constraints.
Design better processes.
Simplify complexity.
Improve how teams collaborate, communicate, and execute.
Establish meaningful metrics that enable better decisions across the organization.
Partner with Leadership
Work closely with founders and business leaders on strategic organizational initiatives.
Provide thoughtful perspectives on people, operations, organizational health, and long-term capability building.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience across Human Resources, People Operations, Business Operations, or Administration.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable organizational processes and operational systems.
- Experience hiring across technical, business, and leadership functions.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, performance management, compliance, and workplace operations.
- Experience implementing HR technologies, operational tools, and management systems is preferred.
