Creative Director, International Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and lead conceptual brand expressions across all mediums, including mobile, product, film, interactive, OOH, print, events, experiential etc
Understand how art direction, copywriting, design and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product
Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience
Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copywriters, engineers, insights, marketing, strategists and product managers
Work autonomously, with little direction, multitasking across multiple projects
Create original creative work that advances brand strategy and engages target audiences
Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in a mix of agency and in-house creative departments, demonstrated by a portfolio that highlights high-quality creative thinking and work
Proven experience operating effectively in complex, matrixed organizations and adapting to shifting priorities
Portfolio showcasing breakthrough, award-worthy creative work
Demonstrated track record of developing conceptual ideas and insight-led integrated campaigns that drive business results
Experience working with cross-functional partners in marketing and strategy organizations, as well as direct oversight of external partners such as agencies and freelancers
Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve goals

Preferred Qualifications:

Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Knowledge of localisation of campaigns
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
20+ years of experience at agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
Experience using AI for output and applying AI to the creative process
Experience in pursuing and developing work using emerging technologies
Award-winning work
Extensive experience working on international campaigns across multiple markets
Fluency in English, Hindi, and other local languages to support international marketing campaigns across key markets in the region
Having worked in high fashion, luxury, travel and global brands with a portfolio that shows high craft will be preferred
