Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in HR and Recruitment while gaining hands-on experience in hiring for IT, Software Development, AI, Digital Marketing, and Technology-related positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and assessment calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
Post jobs across multiple recruitment platforms.
Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate or Final-Year Student.
Available for a full-time, work-from-office internship for 6 months.
Interested in pursuing a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
