Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MIS reports, and other documents as required.
Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and important documents.
Follow up with various departments on assigned tasks and pending activities.
Coordinate communication between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports as required.
Track important action items, deadlines, and commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle emails, correspondence, and routine communication on behalf of the executive when required.
Assist in travel planning, hotel bookings, transportation, and related arrangements.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth completion of management requirements.
Maintain proper records of meetings, discussions, and action points.
Support management in preparing presentations, reports, data summaries, and business documents.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Perform other administrative and coordination responsibilities assigned by management.
