Full job description

Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Intern who deeply understands the core principles of marketing and copywriting. This role is ideal for someone who can create high-converting content, manage LinkedIn as a growth channel, support direct outreach initiatives, and assist in building marketing assets across the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Community Management:

● Create and coordinate content for Instagram, including reels, carousels, static posts, and stories, and Schedule and publish content as per the content calendar.

● Monitor and engage with the community through comments, DMs, and story replies.

● Source, track, and manage user-generated content (UGC) opportunities.

● Maintain highlights and ensure consistent brand presence across social platforms.

2. Website & Catalogue Management:

● Update product catalogues, specifications, pricing, and marketing assets.

● Ensure product information and content remain accurate and up to date.

● Support website content updates and maintain brand consistency.

3. Content & Creative Support:

● Coordinate and support offline activations, including tournaments, demos, and community events.

● Manage on-ground execution with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

● Ensure all activations consistently reflect Adidas’ brand standards and experience.

4. Campaign Operations & Reporting:

● Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

● Support events, product launches, activations, and brand collaborations.

● Maintain CRM hygiene and manage customer data.

● Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation, meeting notes, and expense tracking.

Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)

1. Bachelor's degree / MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field (Freshers can apply).

2. Strong knowledge or interest in AI-based creative and design tools (e.g., Canva, Midjourney, ChatGPT).

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

4. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

5. A smart, intrapreneur mindset with a passion for marketing innovation and problem-solving.

6. Strong copywriting skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and conversion.

7. Ability to create structured proposals and professional marketing materials.

8. Expertise in G Suite / Google Sheets with 55+ WPM (Typing Speed).

Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):

1. Experience in marketing, campaign management, or content-led growth roles.

2. Experience managing LinkedIn for personal brands or businesses.

3. Experience with influencer marketing or event coordination.

4. Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, or structured lead management.

5. Exposure to WhatsApp marketing or community-led growth.
