Reservations Associate Hotel Growth Partners | Goa | Office Based

Employment Type: Full-time — six days per week

Hotel Growth Partners is a hospitality growth company focused on improving the commercial performance of independent resorts and boutique hotels through revenue strategy, pricing, OTA optimisation, direct bookings, Social Media marketing, brand positioning, and wider commercial systems.

At Hotel Growth Partners the Revenue & Reservations Executive plays a vital role in maximizing the commercial performance of our partner hotels and villas. This is a back-office, data-driven position focused on revenue optimization, pricing strategy, distribution management, and operational accuracy rather than guest-facing reservations.

Position Summary

The Reservations Associate is responsible for managing reservation operations for multiple hotels and villas under Hotel Growth Partners. The role focuses on handling guest enquiries, preparing quotations, processing bookings, amendments and cancellations, updating room rates and availability, and ensuring reservation accuracy across all booking channels.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties while delivering exceptional service and maximizing booking conversions.

Reservation Management

· Handle reservation enquiries via email, WhatsApp, OTA messaging platforms, and direct booking channels.

· Prepare and share quotations based on current rates and availability.

· Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.

· Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the PMS and Channel Manager.

· Verify booking details, payment status, and guest information.

· Inventory & Rate Management

· Update room rates and availability as instructed by the Operations Manager.

· Guest & Hotel Coordination

· Coordinate with hotel operations for special requests and booking requirements.

· Respond promptly to reservation enquiries and booking-related communications.

· Resolve reservation discrepancies and booking issues efficiently.

OTA & System Management

· Monitor OTA extranets for new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

· Report technical or connectivity issues to the Revenue Team.

Reporting

· Prepare daily reservation reports.

· Monitor booking pickup and cancellation trends.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written English communication.

· Previous experience working on PMS systems like ezee , IDS , Swyftinn etc.

· Strong customer service and sales orientation.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

· High attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and work with multiple hotel accounts.

· Problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office reservations.

· Experience with PMS platforms and Channel Managers.

· Familiarity with OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, and MakeMyTrip.

· Basic understanding of hotel distribution

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Reservation enquiry response time.

· Booking conversion rate.

· Reservation accuracy.

· Timely rate and inventory updates.

· OTA message response time.

· Booking error rate.

· Guest and partner satisfaction.

· Basic understanding of hotel KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Pickup, and Forecasting.
