Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Client Success Manager with a strong account farming mindset to manage, retain, and grow existing client accounts.

The ideal candidate will own long-term client relationships, drive customer success and retention, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and expand revenue from existing accounts.

This is primarily an Account Farming & Growth role — not a pure new-business hunting role.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage relationships with assigned existing client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, challenges, and evolving requirements.
Drive account farming strategies focused on client retention, account growth, and long-term relationship development.
Identify and convert upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Carry and achieve account-level revenue growth, retention, and expansion targets.
Proactively identify churn risks and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, review performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure smooth onboarding, service implementation, and ongoing client success.
Work closely with delivery, engineering, project management, sales, and business teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Manage client escalations, coordinate resolutions, and maintain client confidence during challenging situations.
Identify whitespace opportunities within accounts and position relevant services or solutions based on client needs.
Track account health, customer satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and engagement metrics.
Develop strategic account plans to maximize the long-term value of assigned accounts.

Must-Have Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, or Key Account Management, preferably within IT Services, Technology Consulting, SaaS, or related technology environments.
Strong hands-on experience in Account Farming / Existing Account Management.
Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling services or solutions to existing clients.
Demonstrated ownership of client retention and account growth.
Experience carrying or contributing to revenue targets from existing accounts.
Strong client relationship and senior stakeholder management skills.
Ability to identify client needs and translate them into expansion opportunities.
Experience collaborating with delivery and technical teams to manage client expectations and resolve escalations.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
