Full job description

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers.
Provide support and guidance through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Assist clients with onboarding, training, and adoption of software features.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams to resolve customer issues.

New Business Development

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.

Reporting & Administration

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Track customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
Submit regular reports on client retention, sales activities, and business development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Tele Sales, SaaS Sales, or Software Sales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Experience in CRM software and customer support processes is preferred.
Automotive industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹32,300.00 per month
