Job Description: Jr Admin & Accounts AssistantPosition OverviewWe are a growing team looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our office. In a small company, everyone wears a few hats, and this dual role is the heart of our daily operations.You will split your time between keeping our office running smoothly (Administration) and maintaining accurate day-to-day financial records (Accounts). If you love variety, have a sharp eye for numbers, and enjoy creating an organized work environment, you will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Bookkeeping Support (Approx. 50%)

Data Entry: Enter daily financial transactions, accounts payable (vendor bills), and accounts receivable (customer invoices) into our accounting software.
Expense Tracking: Review, verify, and process employee expense claims and petty cash.
Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
Follow-ups: Politely follow up with clients on overdue invoices to support healthy cash flow.
Liaison: Organize and prepare financial documents (receipts, bank statements) to hand over to our external accountant for tax preparation and monthly closing.

2. Office Administration (Approx. 50%)

Office Management: Maintain inventory and order office supplies, stationery, and kitchen essentials.
Documentation: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for company contracts, vendor agreements, and general correspondence.
Logistics & Scheduling: Assist the team with basic scheduling, booking meeting rooms, and arranging occasional travel or courier services.
Team Support: Help coordinate internal team events, meetings, or client visits.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or office management role—ideally within a small business or startup environment.
Software Skills:
Hands-on experience with basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, ).
Proficiency in standard office tools (MS Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets for tracking).
Core Strengths:
The "Task-Switcher": Ability to pivot between a financial task and an administrative request without losing focus.
Discretion: High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and company data.
Communication: Warm, professional verbal and written communication skills for dealing with both vendors and clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
