About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven ICO Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives for the Ensure Insured Token (EIT), driving brand awareness, investor acquisition, community growth, and ecosystem adoption.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that support the successful launch and long-term growth of the EIT ecosystem. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, digital marketing expertise, campaign management, performance analysis, and leadership while collaborating closely with content, design, community, partnerships, public relations, and executive teams.

As we prepare for the global launch of the Ensure Insured Token (EIT), we are seeking an experienced ICO Marketing Manager to lead worldwide marketing initiatives, accelerate ecosystem adoption, and build a globally recognized blockchain brand.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for the Ensure Insured Token (EIT) and the broader EnsureInsured ecosystem.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end ICO, token launch, and ecosystem marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Develop investor acquisition and ecosystem growth strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and token adoption.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across content, design, community, partnerships, media, and public relations teams.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, vendor relationships, and external marketing agencies where applicable.
- Plan and oversee AMA sessions, Twitter Spaces, webinars, conferences, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Develop and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, influencer networks, and blockchain communities.
- Track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, customer acquisition metrics, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, campaigns, and communications.
- Continuously improve marketing processes using analytics, experimentation, automation, and AI-powered marketing tools.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience, including 3+ years in blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, fintech, or digital asset industries.
- Proven experience planning and executing ICO, IDO, IEO, token launch, or blockchain marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems, tokenomics, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3.
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated digital marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with investor acquisition, community growth, and user engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing across Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, partnerships, public relations, and community-driven marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and performance reporting tools.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, or equivalent technologies.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for blockchain startups, cryptocurrency exchanges, Web3 companies, fintech organizations, or token launch platforms.
- Existing network within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, investor, media, or influencer ecosystem.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, performance marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
- Experience managing international marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
