Front Office & Accounts Executive

Location: Goa
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role

Rising India School of Excellence is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Front Office & Accounts Executive to manage front office operations, fee collection, basic accounts, inventory management, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good numerical ability, and experience handling administrative and accounting responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Administration

Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors professionally.
Handle phone calls, enquiries, and day-to-day front office operations.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.

Accounts & Fee Collection

Collect and record school fee payments accurately.
Follow up with parents regarding pending fees.
Maintain fee collection records and prepare defaulters lists.
Perform daily reconciliation of cash, online, and cheque collections.

Data Management

Maintain accurate records of fee collections, book sales, uniform sales, and other school transactions.
Update records in ERP/LMS systems.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.

Inventory & Procurement

Manage inventory of uniforms, books, stationery, and other school supplies.
Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
Coordinate procurement requirements with the Head Office.
Track purchase orders and deliveries.

Vendor & Administrative Support

Coordinate with vendors for supplies and maintenance services.
Maintain school asset records.
Support the School Head in day-to-day administrative operations.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Candidates with experience in Accounts, Banking, School Administration, Front Office, Retail Operations, or Inventory Management are encouraged to apply.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/LMS systems.
Basic understanding of accounting and daily reconciliation.

Good numerical and analytical ability.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Customer-focused approach with a high level of ownership.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
