Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
Handle projects end-to-end, including requirement gathering, architecture planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code standards.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and establish best development practices.
Collaborate with DevOps teams and participate in deployment, CI/CD, server management, and application monitoring activities.
Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met efficiently.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable web applications.
Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and database optimization.
Good understanding of DevOps practices, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting, and server management.
Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and Agile development methodologies.

Leadership & Management Skills

Proven experience in handling projects independently from start to finish.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of at least 3–4 developers.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure project success.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in client interaction, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–4 years of relevant experience in MERN Stack development.
Demonstrated stability in previous employment with a consistent career track record.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking complete ownership of projects.
Strong leadership mindset with the ability to guide teams and drive results.
Extroverted and confident personality with excellent client-facing skills.
