Job Title: Frontend Designer

About the Role

CS Soft Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Frontend Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing and developing modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces for web applications.
Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend code.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and accessibility.
Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, design trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in frontend development and UI implementation.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar CSS frameworks.
Hands-on experience with React.js (preferred).
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proactive attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
