Job description : UI/UX designer

Responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design choices.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for presentation and internal review.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 Year of proven UI/UX design experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Wireframing & Prototyping, user flows, and visually appealing interfaces.
Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum CGPA: 4.5–5.5.
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX Designer.

Pay: ₹450,000.85 - ₹600,000.51 per month

Work Location: In person
