Full job description

We are looking a reliable and dedicated Office Boy/Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and assisting staff as needed. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks to support the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of office areas, including meeting rooms, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas. and kitchen. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors whenever required.
Supply Management: Assist in monitoring office supplies, placing orders, and maintaining inventory levels.
Support Services: Provide assistance to staff with various tasks, including photocopying, filing, and preparing documents.
Courier Services: Handle the delivery and collection of documents and packages as required.
Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks for staff and visitors.
General Assistance: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
Etiquette: Excellent manners, discretion, and a positive attitude towards all aspects of the job.
Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English (in written), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency with office software and equipment.

**Two Wheeler driving must**

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
