Full job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Senior Performance Marketer at Owlwebs, you'll lead paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimising, and scaling Google and Meta ad campaigns, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results. You'll also mentor junior team members and act as the internal authority on performance marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMax)
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across awareness, lead gen, and conversion objectives
Define target audiences, bidding strategies, ad creatives briefs, and landing page requirements
Continuously optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, and other KPIs
Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel events, and GA4 integrations
Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients and leadership
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Manage monthly ad budgets across clients responsibly and efficiently
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats
Collaborate with the design and content team to brief and review ad creatives

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
Proven experience managing significant ad budgets (₹5L+/month preferred)
Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and GA4
Deep understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and retargeting strategies
Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, dashboards, and deriving insights
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns

GOOD TO HAVE

Experience with SEO and ability to coordinate paid + organic strategies
Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or Unbounce
Exposure to WhatsApp marketing, programmatic ads, or LinkedIn Ads
Prior agency experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
