Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/Computer Science & IT graduates who are eager to build their careers in software development.
As a Trainee Software Engineer, you will receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced developers and mentors, and contribute to real-world software projects while learning industry-standard development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured technical training and development programs.
- Learn and implement programming concepts, frameworks, and development tools.
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues under mentor guidance.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and project teams.
- Follow coding standards, development processes, and version-control practices.
- Work with databases and REST APIs.
- Participate in software testing and debugging activities.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/M.Sc. CS/IT or related discipline.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from Computer Science, Information Technology, or related backgrounds are preferred.
- Good academic background with a strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in software development.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB is an advantage.
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub or version control is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to React.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.js, PHP/Laravel, Python, or any modern web framework.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Basic understanding of MERN/MEAN Stack.
- Knowledge of MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Internship or academic project experience in software development.
