We are migrating our marketing website from WordPress to Next.js and need a developer who can maintain, enhance, and design the site long-term using modern AI tools.
The Role
You will own the entire website stack post-migration, maintaining the Next.js codebase, managing the headless CMS, implementing new features, and using AI design tools to create and update visual layouts without relying on traditional designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Maintenance: Maintain and evolve the Next.js 14 website (App Router, Server Components, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS)
- AI-Driven Design: Use AI tools (v0, Framer AI, Cursor, Midjourney) to design and implement UI updates, landing pages, and visual components based on strategic direction
- CMS Management: Manage content within Sanity.io/Contentful, including page updates, blog publishing workflows, and media library organization
- Form Optimization: Maintain and enhance all conversion forms (Book a Demo, Newsletter Signup, Regulatory Alert Download) with validation and CRM/webhook integrations
- Performance Monitoring: Track Core Web Vitals, fix bugs, and ensure the site maintains Lighthouse scores of 95+
- Feature Development: Implement new features as requested (e.g., interactive demos, regulatory coverage tables, case study tabs, FAQ accordions)
- Deployment & CI/CD: Manage Vercel deployments, environment variables, and staging/production workflows
- Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO/Content Manager to align design and technical implementation with growth goals
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years building production websites with Next.js
- Proficient in TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
- Experience with headless CMS (Sanity.io, Contentful, or similar)
- Comfortable using AI design tools (v0, Framer AI, Cursor, or similar) and "vibe coding" to generate UI components
- Strong understanding of React Hook Form, Zod validation, and form submission flows
- Experience deploying to Vercel and managing CI/CD
- Ability to read and maintain existing codebases independently
- Portfolio or examples of websites you've built/maintained
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, RegTech, or financial services
- Familiarity with Storylane or interactive demo integrations
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals (metadata, schema markup, sitemaps)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics)
What You'll Work On
- Maintaining 8+ page templates (Product, Industry, Services, Blog, SEO Landing Pages, Forms)
- Managing 200+ blog posts and 30+ SEO landing pages
- Updating design layouts for new regulatory themes, case studies, and product features
- Ensuring all forms, CTAs, and conversion flows perform optimally
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
