Role description

Business Process Analyst – Business Transformation

Preferred Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore or Open for any LTM Locations

Exp - 4 to 7 years

Process Analysis and Documentation

Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and design the future-state process roadmap to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end performance.
Document current processes including workflow diagrams, data flowcharts and process maps to provide a clear understanding of the current state.

Data Collection and Analysis

Gather and analyze relevant data to quantify process performance, identify trends and measure the impact of process changes.
Use data-driven insights to recommend and prioritize process improvement initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments acting as the primary subject matter expert for process improvements.
Facilitate workshops, meetings and brainstorming sessions to engage teams in problem-solving and process improvement activities.

Change Management

Own the change management lifecycle including developing and executing communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of major process changes.
Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes ensuring successful adoption of new practices.

Solution Development

Develop innovative solutions and recommendations for process improvements that align with the organization's strategic goals.
Design and propose new process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The Business Process Analyst Business Transformation will adhere to standard governance guidelines, policies and procedures.
This position will be exposed to multiple tools for process optimization, system enhancements and automation to be leveraged as needed.

Education Experience Required and Preferred

4 - 7 years of professional services experience preferably in staffing industry with at least 2 years of that experience managing end-to-end cross-functional process improvement projects independently.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Lean Six Sigma experience/certification able to facilitate successful Kaizen workshops.
Intermediate proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and ability to leverage spreadsheet and other tools to solve problems/build solutions.
Strong documentation/written communication with process mapping experience.
Defining, analyzing, uncovering and crafting requirements with users.
Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills ability to work with a structured and methodical approach combined with an inquiring mind.
Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
Proven change management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions during process changes.
Intermediate proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Preferred

An IT or Business Bachelor's degree.
Working as part of an Agile team.
Hands-on experience with Celonis Process Mining, Execution Management, Views, Analyses, Knowledge Models, PQL Studio, Data Integration.
Testing experience.
Peoplesoft HR and Financials.
Macros/VBA/VBS.
Design capabilities for dashboards to support the business in identifying issues and prioritizing where action is required.
Google Suite.
Working in a fast paced business environment and utilizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience i.e. users, vendors, management, colleagues as well as produce clear and concise written documentation.
Proven ability to review, analyse and implement process improvements.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
High ability to simultaneously perform a variety of complicated tasks and manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus on complex process decisions.
Ability to methodically identify, analyze and resolve business and technical problems using systematic approaches with well-documented supportable methodologies and creative and independent thinking resulting in measurable ROI.
Ability to prioritize, schedule, report, deliver and support automated solutions for multiple applications within agreed timelines and overlapping schedules.
