Position: Regional Sales Manager – Hospitality Sales
Department: Sales – Projects & Key Accounts
Location: Mumbai & Patna
Reporting To: Deputy General Manager
Experience: 7–12 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Profile Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – Hospitality to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and expand business opportunities across the assigned region.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Hospitality Sales, Key Account Management, Project Sales, or B2B Sales, with exposure to Hotels, Hotel Chains, Resorts, Hospitality Projects, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Institutional Clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities across Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, and Hospitality Projects.
Build and maintain relationships with Hotel Owners, Hotel Purchase/Procurement Teams, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Developers.
Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
Drive project and institutional sales through lead generation and client engagement.
Conduct product presentations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Generate new leads through market mapping, networking, references, and industry connections.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and account growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution, delivery, and customer servicing.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Education & Experience

Graduate degree required.
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be preferred.
7–12 years of relevant experience in Hospitality Sales, Key Account Management, Project Sales, or B2B Sales.
Experience handling Hotel Chains, Hospitality Projects, Institutional Clients, or Premium Commercial Projects preferred.

Ability to handle high-value projects and accounts.
Strong market knowledge and business development capabilities.
Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.

Good knowledge of sales reporting and CRM.
