IT Sales / SaaS Sales for eScanX

About the Role
Erichsol Private Limited is the India arm of Erichsol Oy, Finland. We build eScanX, an EU-hosted intelligent document OCR platform that converts receipts, invoices, and any PDF, photo, or scan into clean structured JSON in seconds — including VAT, tax IDs, IBANs, and line items, across 50+ languages. Fully GDPR-native, with EU-only data processing and no external AI APIs.

The product is newly launched. You will be one of our first commercial hires, selling into India, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, and building the sales motion rather than executing an existing playbook.

Key Responsibilities

Build target account lists and generate your own pipeline through outbound email, LinkedIn, calls, and developer communities
Qualify inbound free-plan signups and convert accounts with real document volume
Run discovery calls, deliver live demos using the prospect's own documents, and drive API proof-of-concepts to a successful result
Manage pricing, proposals, negotiation, and closure; handle GDPR and security review questionnaires with product-team support
Own onboarding handover, renewals, and account expansion into higher credit tiers
Open reseller and integration partnerships with accounting, ERP, and automation vendors
Maintain disciplined CRM records and submit reliable monthly forecasts

Target customers: accounting firms and CA practices, finance and AP teams, fintechs and expense-management platforms, ERP and accounting software vendors, BPOs, and developer teams.

Required Skills

1–5 years B2B SaaS / software sales, with at least 1 years carrying an individual quota and a proven attainment record
Experience selling a technical product - SaaS platform, API, developer tool, or enterprise software - to engineering and finance buyers
Full-cycle ownership: prospecting → discovery → demo → POC → negotiation → closure
Excellent spoken and written English; confident with international stakeholders across time zones
Hands-on CRM and sales-tool experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator)
Comfort with a beta-stage product - selling the trajectory honestly, without overpromising

Preferred
Fintech, ERP, or accounting buyers · API-first, PLG, or usage-based pricing · OCR / IDP / RPA background · GDPR or security-questionnaire exposure · international market experience from India · ability to read API docs and explain a JSON response
