To conduct daily rounds in Customer Care.
To perform billing related activities Eg: Cash/ Credit / Corporate Billing / Discount instructions.
To ensure accurate & timely registration is done for all OPD patients.
To maintain daily reports and sending the relevant and essential reports to the concerned stakeholders.
To handle problems related to waiting times and delays.
To meet with patients and taking feedback about the hospital services.
To be responsible for resolving the issues of the patients & relatives promptly.
To address the patient complaints within 48 hours.
To ensure Complaint register is mentioned up to date.
To collect feedback forms from OPD & IPD & analyze.
To reply to the patients through patient feedback forms.
To prepare daily MIS & Monthly MIs of patient feedback along with Quality Indicator & submit to the management.
To ensure timely reporting the patient issues to Medical Director and take follow up with the respective HOD for improvements.
Taking follow up of discharge process of the patients to minimize discharge delay in coordination with Departmental Secretaries.
