Full job description

Position: HR MANAGER
Department: Human Resources (HR Operations & Process,Payroll)

Role Purpose

The HR Process Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, employee records, HRMIS updates, employee engagement activities, and overall HR process improvements. The role ensures timely execution of HR processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, appointment letters, employee files, induction coordination, and HRMS employee creation.

2. HR Documentation & Records

Maintain employee personal files, statutory documents, contracts, confirmation letters, increment letters, transfer records, warning letters, and other HR documents.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

Monitor attendance, late coming, leave records, shift compliance, attendance regularization, and coordinate attendance data for payroll.

4. Payroll Coordination

Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, Full & Final settlement, and salary revisions.

5. HRMIS Management

Update employee master data, attendance records, leave balances, organizational changes, and HR reports in the HRMS.

6. Employee Lifecycle Management

Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, exit formalities, clearance, experience letters, and Full & Final documentation.

7. HR Compliance Support

Support compliance with labour laws, statutory registers, employee records, audits, and internal HR policies.

8. Recruitment Process Support

Coordinate interview scheduling, offer documentation, candidate communication, joining follow-up, and recruitment documentation.

9. Employee Engagement

Coordinate birthday celebrations, employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, induction sessions, and employee communication.

10. Policy Implementation

Ensure employees follow attendance policy, leave policy, code of conduct, HR rules, and organizational procedures.

11. HR Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, attrition, manpower, leave, payroll, and compliance.

12. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with department heads, employees, payroll team, recruitment team, and management for smooth HR operations.

13. Confidentiality & Compliance

Maintain confidentiality of employee information, salary details, company records, and HR documentation.

14. Continuous Process Improvement

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase HR efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
