Job Title: Tele Caller and Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a dynamic Tele Caller and Recruitment Officer to join our team in Bandra West. This role plays a crucial part in our recruitment process, supporting the organization in attracting top talent while ensuring effective communication with potential candidates. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss available job opportunities and assess their interest.
Screen candidates through various communication channels, ensuring they meet the job requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment logs for tracking progress.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient scheduling.
Provide feedback to candidates regarding their applications and interview statuses.
Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to represent the company.
Collaborate with the HR team to refine hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement in hiring strategies.

Requirements
