LUNA SKIN & AESTHETICS Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us

Luna Skin & Aesthetics is a premium skin, hair, and aesthetic clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced treatments and personalized service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities Patient Experience

Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude.
Register new patients and maintain electronic patient records.
Coordinate smooth patient flow between doctors and therapists.
Ensure every patient receives a premium clinic experience.

Appointment Management

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website enquiries.
Send appointment reminders and follow up on missed appointments.
Maintain the daily doctor and therapist appointment schedule.

Sales & Customer Service

Explain clinic services, treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
Convert enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
Recommend suitable skincare products as advised by doctors.
Follow up with leads and existing patients for repeat visits.

Billing & Administration

Generate invoices and collect payments (Cash, UPI, Card, Online).
Maintain daily billing and cash reports.
Coordinate with the accounts team for daily collections.
Keep patient records confidential and updated.

Clinic Operations

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff.
Manage stationery and front office inventory.
Assist management with daily reports and administrative work.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospital, Clinic, Salon, or Spa
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

Excellent communication in Tamil and English.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
6 Days a Week (Weekly Off as per clinic policy)

Appointment conversion percentage.
Daily billing accuracy.
Follow-up completion rate.
Product sales performance.
Patient retention and repeat appointments.
