Full job description

Company: Mindware Infotech

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time Internship

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Compensation

Months 1–2: Unpaid training and learning period

Months 3–6: Paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹12,000, depending on skills, performance, and contribution

The company is currently working on Wrati.com, a Dating & Matrimony platform focused on helping users discover meaningful connections through technology.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is interested in learning and gaining practical experience in paid advertising, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, analytics, and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.

Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Support campaigns focused on website traffic, leads, conversions, app installs, and user acquisition.

Conduct basic audience and keyword research.

Assist in preparing ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and CTAs.

Monitor basic campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.

Assist with campaign optimization and budget monitoring.

Learn basic conversion tracking and campaign analytics.

Conduct competitor research and analyze digital advertising activities.

Social Media Marketing

Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Help maintain social media content calendars.

Assist in creating and scheduling posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and other social media content.

Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats.

Monitor social media engagement and performance.

Contribute ideas for improving reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

SEO & Content Marketing

Assist with basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Assist in optimizing website content for search engines.

Identify potential content topics and opportunities.

Assist with blogs, website content, and promotional material.

Learn to use Google Analytics and Google Search Console for basic reporting.

Influencer & Digital Promotion

Research relevant influencers and content creators.

Assist with influencer outreach and communication.

Support influencer marketing activities.

Research new digital marketing and promotional opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

Assist in tracking Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media performance.

Prepare basic weekly and monthly reports.

Analyze campaign and website performance.

Track traffic, engagement, conversions, and user acquisition.

Assist in identifying areas for improvement.

Eligibility

Graduate or currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Creative and analytical mindset.

Willingness to learn and work on practical marketing projects.

Comfortable working from the office.

Available Monday to Saturday.

Internship Structure

Months 1–2: Unpaid Training & Learning

The initial two months will focus on training, learning, and supervised practical exposure to:

Analytics & Reporting

User Acquisition

Months 3–6: Paid Internship

Candidates who successfully complete the initial training period and meet the required performance and learning expectations may continue for the remaining four months as paid interns.

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹12,000 per month, based on skills, performance, contribution, and role responsibilities.

The exact stipend applicable to the selected candidate will be communicated before the paid internship period begins.
