Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot Windows laptops/desktops, printers, scanners, and other office devices.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, applications, and drivers.
Diagnose and resolve network, Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, and connectivity issues.
Create and manage employee email IDs, system accounts, and access permissions.
Maintain IT asset records, including laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and other equipment.
Maintain records of laptop/device serial numbers and allocation details.
Troubleshoot CCTV, cables, adapters, projectors, biometric devices, and other office IT equipment.
Provide technical assistance during employee onboarding and offboarding.
Ensure proper data backup and basic system security practices.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
Monitor and resolve IT support tickets or employee complaints within the required timeline.
Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, repairs, replacements, and service history.
Support management in IT-related administrative and technical requirements.
Ensure that all company IT equipment is properly maintained and used responsibly.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT issues.
Good documentation and record-maintaining skills.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in corporate/office IT support will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Timely resolution of employee IT issues.
Minimum downtime of office IT systems.
Proper maintenance of IT assets and records.
Timely onboarding/offboarding IT support.
Effective network and hardware troubleshooting.
Employee satisfaction with IT support services.
Proper coordination with IT vendors and service providers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
