Role: Salesforce Training Content Creator
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Training Content Creator with 5+ years of experience to design and build our global enablement library. In this role, you will translate complex Salesforce workflows into engaging, easy-to-digest learning assets. You will own the creation of multimedia content, interactive modules, and documentation that empowers both technical teams and business end-users.
The team that you’ll be working with:
As part of the NTTData Transformation programme (OneCRM), we are seeking a Training Content Creator to join our Change Enablement team, based in the UK Ireland.
The Content Creator is responsible for creating high-quality, persona-focused eLearning and performance-support materials from approved programme process documentation and work instructions, working closely with the Lead Trainer and Process SMEs to ensure content is accurate, learner-friendly and ready for the Highspot platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Convert approved processes and work instructions into concise, learner-oriented content.
- Author Highspot-ready eLearning modules.
- Support and author VILT Content modules.
- Create persona-based learning journeys and modular learning assets.
- Develop job aids, quick reference guides, checklists and supporting learner materials.
- Work with the Lead Trainer to apply instructional standards consistently.
- Collaborate with Process and Revenue Cloud SMEs to validate technical accuracy.
- Incorporate screenshots and system examples once the relevant build is stable.
- Maintain source traceability and version control.
- Address consolidated SME review feedback.
- Package final assets for handoff to the Highspot Platform Team.
- Support content QA and publishing validation.
What experience you’ll bring:
- eLearning or digital learning content development experience.
- Excellent business writing and content simplification skills.
- Experience converting complex process information into learner-friendly content.
- Familiarity with LMS / enablement platform content standards.
- Strong PowerPoint and document authoring capability.
- Highspot authoring experience desirable.
- CRM / Salesforce programme experience desirable.
