Project Role : Technology Architect
Project Role Description : Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
Must have skills : Cloud Contact Center Implementation
Good to have skills : NA
Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance cloud-based contact center solutions.
Experience with integration of cloud contact center platforms with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, networking, and security principles relevant to contact center environments.
Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud contact center deployments to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
