Job Summary
We are looking for a highly result-driven Digital Marketing Expert with proven expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, SXO, AEO, and GEO to drive qualified lead generation, maximize online visibility, and improve revenue through data-driven digital strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering measurable business growth across search engines, AI-powered search platforms, and paid advertising channels.Key Responsibilities

Generate high-quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and other digital acquisition channels.
Develop and execute SEO, SXO (Search Experience Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across Google Search, AI-powered search engines, and generative AI platforms.
Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content to improve search rankings, user experience, engagement, and conversions.
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns with a focus on reducing Cost per Lead (CPL) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, featured snippets, AI citations, and answer engine visibility.
Create and optimize conversion-focused landing pages, email marketing campaigns, remarketing campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.
Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Stay updated with the latest developments in AI search, Google algorithm updates, LLM optimization, and digital marketing technologies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly qualified lead generation.
Cost per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Organic traffic growth and keyword rankings.
AI search visibility, answer engine presence, and generative search citations.
Landing page conversion rate.
Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Marketing-attributed revenue and overall ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–6 years of proven experience in performance marketing and digital lead generation.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SXO, AEO, GEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
Experience with AI-driven SEO tools, schema markup, structured data, technical SEO, content optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, air ambulance, aviation, insurance, or international service industries.
Hands-on experience optimizing content for AI assistants and generative search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Familiarity with automation tools, AI content optimization platforms, and marketing automation ecosystems.

Pay: ₹14,401.64 - ₹58,770.11 per month
