OneOnic is looking for Full Stack Developers to join our team of creators constantly raising the bar on user experiences. Working behind the scenes, the ideal candidate has a unique blend of technical expertise and insatiable curiosity, with a methodical, analytical mindset.
You should be comfortable working alongside a team as well as independently in the design and development of mission-critical websites, applications, and layers of the infrastructure.
Experience with JavaScript, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Git, or MongoDB is helpful to succeeding quickly in this role. Our back-end developers have an immediate effect on our business success, as well as the success of our clients.
Objectives of this Role:
● Regularly communicate with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap
● Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs
● Develop and oversee testing schedules in the client-server environment, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure various devices display the desired content
● Produce quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed
● Recommend system solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives
About the Role:
● Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular codes.
● Database designing and maintenance.
● Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
● Troubleshoot and debug applications.
● Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance.
● Collaborate and work with frontend and mobile app developers on the backend needs of projects.
● Adhere closely to development plans and anticipate changes to specifications or schedules as they become necessary during development.
● Work with project managers when gathering requirements, presenting work, etc., and taking complex technical terms and breaking them down into layman's terms.
● Keep abreast of recent trends and best practices in web development.
● Client communication (verbal/written) as and when required.
What you can bring to the table:
You love to learn, so you don't need to know everything on day one, but some relevant background will help you get going quickly.
Skills:
● Demonstrable experience with PHP, including OOPs, security, refactoring & design patterns.
● Excellent knowledge of the Laravel framework and experience building factories/facades/libraries using abstract classes, interfaces, and traits.
● Experience in unit testing using testing frameworks like PHPUnit/phpspec.
● Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL), database designing, and query optimization techniques. Experience in NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases will be an added advantage.
● Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap framework. Experience in Javascript Frameworks (ReactJS/VueJS) will be an added advantage.
● Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and development including implementation of Auth2.0 for authentication and authorization.
● Experience in microservices development will be an added advantage.
● Working knowledge of version controlling systems like Git, clear understanding of Git workflow, repository management tools like BitBucket, and knowledge of the overall CI/CD process.
● Working knowledge of cloud servers (Heroku/Digital Ocean), related services, and server administration like setting up Apache/Nginx, php-fpm etc. Other nice to have, but not mandatory.

● Ability to make composer packages.
● Worked with webpack, gulp.js, Babel for browser support.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience: 2-5 Years of relevant industry experience.
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc [(C.S.E)/I.T], M.C.A, M.Sc (I.T)
