Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist

Our testing services are focused in the area of connectivity and cover wireless products and systems for our clients (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy). Our current customers include well-known brands in automotive, audio, mobile device, HID, semiconductors and medical products.

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our B2B marketing activities. This role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, maintaining marketing systems, and producing performance reports.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across CRM, social media, paid advertising, and website optimisation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot CRM & Marketing Operations

Manage day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM.
Build and maintain email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows.
Segment contact databases and maintain data quality.
Support lead management and marketing automation activities.
Produce CRM and campaign performance reports.

Campaign Execution

Implement marketing campaigns according to established plans and objectives.
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and delivery.
Support lead generation activities across multiple digital channels.
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate.
Track performance and provide regular reporting.
Support content repurposing and distribution.

Paid Advertising Support

Set up and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
Monitor budgets and campaign performance.
Conduct audience targeting and A/B testing.
Make recommendations for optimisation based on performance data.

SEO & Website Management

Implement SEO and AEO recommendations and website updates.
Conduct keyword research and monitor search performance.
Support content uploads and optimisation activities.
Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics.

Reporting & Analytics

Produce regular performance reports using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Monitor KPIs and identify trends.
Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting.

Required skills and qualifications:

· Strong 4+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.

· Experience executing B2B digital marketing campaigns.

· Knowledge of LinkedIn advertising and campaign management.

· Experience managing company social media channels.

· Understanding of SEO fundamentals.

· Proficiency with Google Analytics and marketing reporting.

· Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

· Graduation / Post graduation degree.
