Full job description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in paid advertising and performance marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a major focus on generating quality leads and achieving business growth through paid advertising.

The ideal candidate should also have experience in managing and guiding a digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business and lead-generation goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, CPL, conversions, and other key performance metrics.
Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and generate high-quality leads.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning.
Create effective ad strategies, targeting plans, and campaign funnels.
Work closely with the content, design, SEO, and sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of digital marketing executives and interns.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of marketing activities.
Review and approve ad creatives, campaign strategies, and marketing content.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and team activities.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong expertise in paid advertising and campaign management.
Previous experience in handling or leading a digital marketing team will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
