Job Description: Field TechnicianPosition Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a field environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and commission equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Diagnose technical issues and identify the root cause of equipment failures.
Respond to service calls and resolve customer issues within required timelines.
Conduct equipment testing and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.
Explain equipment operation and basic troubleshooting procedures to customers.
Coordinate with the service, engineering, and operations teams when required.
Follow company procedures, technical standards, and health and safety requirements.
Maintain tools, test equipment, spare parts, and company assets in good working condition.
Travel to customer sites as required.
Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.

Required Qualifications

Diploma, ITI, or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
1–3 years of experience in field service, equipment installation, maintenance, or technical support.
Good knowledge of electrical/electronic or mechanical systems relevant to
