About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Sales Executive to join our domestic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients across India, educating them on the financial and environmental benefits of switching to clean solar energy. Your primary goal will be to filter leads, generate interest, and schedule qualified consultations for our technical sales team.

Job Role: Sales Executive

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation: Pitch residential, commercial, and industrial solar rooftop solutions to pre-qualified leads across various regions in India.
Client Education: Clearly explain government solar subsidies (like the PM-Surya Ghar Yojana), long-term electricity bill savings, and the ROI of installing SES World solar systems.
Qualifying & Scheduling: Filter interested prospects by gathering data on their current monthly electricity bill and roof space, then schedule site surveys for our field engineers.
CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and updated log of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up reminders in our company CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet daily call volume targets and weekly/monthly qualified lead conversion metrics.

Requirements

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Knowledge of regional languages (like Gujarati, Marathi, or Tamil) depending on the target region is a major advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a polite, professional phone manner.
Sales Drive: Confident in handling objections, overcoming rejections, and steering a casual conversation toward a business opportunity.
Tech Comfort: Basic knowledge of operating CRM software, MS Office and Google Sheets.
