aims to be an expert in the domain you are part of; accrue enough knowledge to to the point where are your words are valued by prospects in gold
can wow people with your ability to write crisp emails that are meant to elicit a response
needs to lookup and research and individual before reaching out via LinkedIn / other social platforms with the intent of identifying conversation pieces
ask more questions to learn and offer specific advice or guidance rather than speak to get points off your chest
can make use of video tools like Loom to deliver pitches to prospects that cuts through the noise of regular text based emails

- Primary buyer of SpringVerify is the HR Ops function; stakeholders can include CEOs / CHROs / VP / Directors of HR

CTC Offered: 25k/month+ Uncapped Commissions
Performance-Based Incentives (OTE):

In addition to the base stipend, interns have the opportunity to earn incentives based on deals closed. Incentives are calculated per SAO (Sales Accepted Opportunity) based on the customer segment:

Small (SMB with 1-200 size): ₹1000
Mid (Mid-market with 201-1000 size): ₹2000
Small Enterprise (with 1001-5000 size): ₹3000
Big Enterprise with 5001+: ₹3500

How it works: Your monthly target is floating based on your stipend. For example, if your stipend is ₹15,000 and you're closing Small (SMB) accounts — you need to hit your base target + 1 additional SAO to start earning incentives of ₹1,000 per SAO.
The more you close and the larger the accounts, the higher your take-home.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
