Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic LinkedIn Content Creator & Reel Script Writer to develop engaging content tailored for our professional audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for storytelling, creative video concepts, and social media trends, with an understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm and short-form video content. The role involves creating impactful LinkedIn content, writing engaging Reel scripts, and developing creative video ideas that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and founder goals.
Research trends and create engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, and updates.
Write creative Reel/video scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and CTAs.
Develop creative video concepts, visual ideas, scenes, and engaging storytelling formats.
Repurpose content across LinkedIn and Reels for maximum reach and engagement.
Analyse content performance and optimise based on metrics, trends, and audience response.
Collaborate with marketing, design, video, and leadership teams for consistent messaging.

Key Skills Required

Strong content writing & storytelling skills.
Creative video content & Reel generation.
Good understanding of LinkedIn & social media trends.
Strong content ideation & research skills.
Ability to create engaging hooks and concepts.
Basic understanding of video editing and visual storytelling.
Good communication and creativity.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
