We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven IT Marketing Specialist with 6–8 years of experience in lead generation, B2B marketing, and email marketing within the tech industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, executing targeted campaigns, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

Generate high-quality B2B leads for IT services and solutions through digital channels
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for prospecting, lead generation, and data enrichment
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns (cold emails, drip campaigns, newsletters)
Build and manage a consistent lead pipeline through outbound and inbound strategies
Work closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals

Create compelling marketing content (emails, LinkedIn outreach, case studies, etc.)
Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, email, and web
Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and improve conversion rates
Maintain and manage data in CRM systems
Identify new tools, trends, and strategies in IT marketing

Skills & Abilities

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in IT/Tech Marketing (B2B)
Proven track record in lead generation & demand generation
Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
Expertise in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)
Good understanding of LinkedIn marketing & outreach strategies
Knowledge of sales funnel, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Basic understanding of IT services, software, or SaaS products
Strong communication and analytical skills

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in SaaS / IT services marketing
